- Tickets can be purchased 12 weeks (84 days) in advance, when you'll easily find the advertised fares.
- Prices are fixed, so it's usually possible to find the cheapest tickets if you book by 18.00 the day before. Bought on the day they're slightly more expensive.
- Return fares are simply twice the price of a one-way ticket.
- Tickets can be collected from any UK station with collection facilities, but not in Ireland. So if you're coming from Ireland to the UK buy tickets at Irish Ferries.
