The Helpdesk answers the most frequently asked questions, and is usually the quickest way to solve your query. Help content is updated regularly and includes details of any live issues (e.g. engineering works) affecting booking.

You can find useful information about trains, timetables and fares in our Destination Guides, and the Trains section tells you everything about the trains you'll be travelling on.
