Before booking
For any train travel query, the best way to get a quick answer is to ask us a question online. We're a small team so can get very busy, but we usually reply within a few hours (longer at the weekend).
You can also find lots of useful information in our Destinations booking guides, FAQs, or by searching the site using the box that appears at the top of every page.

After booking
If you have a query about an existing booking, simply reply to your booking confirmation email (this means we can easily refer to all the booking details of your booking).
For urgent queries we aim to reply within a few minutes but please note that a reply may take longer outside of UK office hours (9.00-18.00 GMT).
