Loco2 teamed up with Mark Smith, a.k.a. The Man in Seat 61 to offer impartial and honest advice about travelling by train in Europe. Mark set up his website in 2001 to help frustrated train travellers navigate the complexities of booking international trains. He’s helping Loco2 to overcome some of the complex booking issues.

Rail Europe
Rail Europe is part of the old guard when it comes to rail booking. A subsidiary of the French National rail operator SNCF, they’ve been putting people on trains for almost a hundred years. Loco2 is working with them to offer booking for more European trains and lovely print at home tickets.

Deutsche Bahn
Loco2 has partnered with the German National rail operator, Deutsche Bahn, to make booking trains to Germany and beyond more straightforward. The online partnership makes it easier to research and book trains to hundreds of destinations in Europe, and gives you access to great fares like €59 London to Berlin trains with the London Spezial fare.
